In & Out Clinic

I went to this clinic last night and the care I received was top notch. They were so kind, they actually listened to me! I got a flu test and less than 15 min later, I was told I have Flu A. They gave me great options, told me how to take care of myself, prescribed me an anti viral. I felt more like a friend than a patient. Thank you so much for being so kind.

Went for a follow up visit after an emergency room visit earlier in the week and my PCP being completely booked. The front room attendant, triage nurse and doctor I spoke with were all very professional and friendly. It took a little over an hour from check in to check out and I left with a better understanding on how to care for my injury along with a couple of supplies to make it easier. The actual visit didn't feel rushed at all

Says open but it’s not. I’m sick and need to see a doctor and am trying to NOT be in medical debt by going to the hospital. It says yall are OPEN on your google page AND the open sign is on and NO ONE is here.

I went into the clinic today because my doctor's in Houston told me to go there because my numbers on my lvad machine were going up and i had a lot of swelling in my breast and face. I filled out the paperwork and was waiting to get called to the back when the receptionist told me that I needed to go somewhere else because they could not do anything for me.

Front staff very unprofessional. I was still billed after service was cancelled and was told no more charges would be made to my account. Was told no one would be able to help me figure out my situation as ALL of the billing department was out out the office.
