Jaycee visited me in my hospital room and instructed me how hook up my IV at home. The hospital will give you a meaningless list of companies but here i am giving you a personal recommendation to consider. She was knowledgeable and pleasant and I would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service! ABX was delivered to our home the night before we were discharged from the hospital so I did not have to stress worrying if they would be available for her next dose. I would highly recommend this company!!

Impact Infusion Care has been a great referral source from a case management standpoint. This company goes above and beyond to make sure their patients are taken care of. Impact has been very responsive and able to answer all questions that are presented. They will provide quality bedside training for the patients, and their family members to ensure the patient is well informed and feels confident with their home infusions. The Home Health Infusion RN with Impact Infusion Care did not ensure that the extension tubing was placed on the patient before she left the hospital! Additionally, the inadequate teaching was so sub par and ineffective, it's a miracle that the patient didn't kill herself. She already has a blood clot. We've been to the ER twice in less than 24 hours of having the PICC line placed and we're still here waiting for a member of the PICC team to come back to assess and address the blood clot and get her antibiotics back on schedule. No after hours support! The after hours pharmacist didn't even have CathFlo on formulary! What kind of impact are trying to make with all this ridiculous negligent care!
