Besides the call center scheduling me 2hours before the location even opened no complaints. Office staff was kind, approachable, and had a great sense of urgency. Every dental assistant that I interacted with was helpful, patient, and gentle. Dr.Walker was great and made me feel comfortable I’m looking forward to continuing my dental care with Ideal Dental. Took my 2 year old in for an initial visit, and the whole staff was great. Quick to get seen, our dentist was great with her, and she left happy with a handful of toys!! All in all it was a great experience!!
