IC Smiles Family Dentistry

Had xrays taken and was told from the beginning that I had a small cavity in my upper molar. Male doctor left my molar worse then what I had before he did the fill now needing a possible root canal. My molar feels uneven and sharp and its very sensitive making it hard to eat or drink anything. Very disappointed with the doctor.

This was the first time I had services at this dentist office. I got a deep cleaning and Anthony was the tech who worked on my teeth. I have to say he was the Best!!! He was very comforting, thorough, and gentle. He walks you through every step and makes sure your teeth are at their best. Definitely a repeat for me. Thank you Anthony for a great experience at the dentist!!

I don't recommend this place at all. The dental hygienist goes around rushing the dentist yelling out "lunch time Dr, Lunch Dr." I get that you look forward to your lunch BUUUT this is not necessary. You rush through your work this way. Don't book your appointments so close to lunch time or get someone to take over. At the end of the day it's a business and we go there to get our money's worth. So don't rush through the job you get paid to do. This is the only place I've been at where they do an exam and book you on a different day to finish your normal yearly cleaning. Also, I'm sure some of the "services" are a scam. They tried to get me to pay out of pocket for something that my NEW dentist said it they didn't find. 🤔

I want to express how GRATEFUL I am to IC Smiles Family Dentistry for taking care of my dental needs. I trusted them and they came through. Staff and Dr’s are accommodating and very nice, made me feel comfortable every step of the way. (Highly recommend especially if you are in pain)!
