He saved my husbands life several years back in an emergency surgery due to diverticulitis. A few years after my husband started having stomach issues and he went to seek for help with many doctors and nobody could help him, my husband realized he needed to go and see Dr Shin, we did, doctor saw him in the room, and before even touching him he told him, it’s your gallbladder, he removed it and the pain went away, now ma y years after, I’m about to try to see him as I’m having lots of stomach issues, I trust him he will figure out what many gatstros haven’t. He is just simply the best!

I would not recommend this guy. He didn’t even have the courtesy to speak to me in person after my husbands procedure. When the nurse called him, he was rude to her and to me. Said he left I message. I told him I did not get a message. Doesn’t post the results in a portal. Requires an office visit so he can milk insurance. Sorry I have to even give him one star.

Like other 5 star posts here, my experience with Dr. Shin was fantastic. The 1st surgery he performed, when I ended up in the ER, truly saved my life. The subsequent 2 surgeries I needed he was amazing. In addition his office staff is great as well! I've recommended him to family and friends who have also had great experiences. So glad he happened to be the one on call when I ended up in the ER!

So appreciate this surgeon/doctor! He performed two surgeries for me and I feel saved my life. Excellent service, manners, skills, great attitude and teaching/explanations. This office is just as great, a receptionist & nurse so Friendly and responsible. Blessed to Have him as my caretaker. Thank you

I just had a small lipoma removed by Dr. Shin. He was a great physician and surgeon. There's nothing about the experience that I would change. The surgery site healed without infection or (substantial) pain. He was a nice guy on top of that.
