Been coming to this office with my family for about 30 years! My parents come to this office and now I bring my children here. Dr. Osako is great just like Dr. Nakayama before her. The entire office staff is friendly and very professional. The office is always very clean. I really appreciate this business and hope they continue to stay open so that my children's children can someday also come here.

I was referred by a friend and I am so glad I went in today. My last experience at a different location made me feel like they were completely money hungry. Not here; they are all sweet, kind and really care for their patients. I never met any location who really cares for their patients. I can’t wait to receive my glasses which I got help choosing. I will now refer friends and family here

The doctor was extremely nice. However, the old receptionist lady is terrible. This is my first time coming to the optimetric in the US, so I am not familiar with the process. After I did the eye exams, I was also considering the options on their glasses, but I wanted to have more time to think about it. Then, when I paid for my eye exams at the reception, they only gave me the receipt. I asked for my prescription, and the lady literally told me she couldn't give me that because if I wanted to make glasses somewhere else, I would have to do the measurements there. I left, but I felt very odd and got scammed. So I checked the law, and it is illegal for optimetric to do eye exams without giving you the prescription. I called back, asking them to send me the prescription. I have to call them

Dr. Kajikawa is the best optometrist I’ve ever been to! They are always on time, patient and work fast! I broke my glasses and desperately needed a new pair. They spent an hour after they had closed to hand etch my lenses to fit into an extra glasses frame they found! They always go the extra mile for their patients!!

I've been coming to this optometric center for well over 10yrs. Dr Kendric Kajikawa and staff is awesome, great people. Dr Stacie and Dr Jeffrey are taking over the business and they are both equally as awesome. Very easy to talk to, very personable and informative.
