This is my new go-to dentistry, hands down! I came in for a checkup, cleaning and new retainers and the experience exceeded my expectations. What truly sets this practice apart is the professionalism, transparency and exceptional customer service. I was impressed by the level of attentiveness from the entire team, from the front office to the clinical staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made me feel significantly less nervous. I’ve never had a dentist come out to the waiting area to personally greet me before a consultation, and that small gesture made a big difference. Dr. Self is knowledgeable, warm, and patient. She took the time to thoroughly educate me on my dental health, which I really appreciated. She and the rest of her staff handled my treatment exception

I have really bad dental anxiety. But Dr. Ly and the entire staff took such good care of me. They were so warm, patient, and understanding. They respected how difficult it was for me and gave me great advice. My wife and I also appreciate the modern techniques/technology they use. Makes everything more pleasant and thorough. I’m a visitor in LA who needed emergency dental treatment to replace a temporary filling which fell out. Jessica is the Office Manager who went out of her way to set up an urgent appointment. I was attended to by Dr Self. I’m at an advanced age and have had experience with many dentists. Dr Self is extraordinary and a consummate professional by any standard. Her skills, experience and knowledge were immediately apparent as she identified the treatment plan most appropriate to me, which was implemented to perfection. The practice has the ability also to prepare and fit most crowns if one is needed the same day, a most convenient capability which avoids the need for temporary fillings and a return visit. I've been searching for a new Dental Office and so glad I found this place. Going to the dentist is not something we look forward to but we've gotta do it right? My past experiences have been truly unmemerable so I expected the same. Boy was I wrong!!! The moment I walked in, I noticed the place was nice and clean. There was music playing and I was greeted by the front desk staff and my new Forever Dentist Dr. Self. The girl who took my x-rays was kind along with the gentleman who assisted with my dental impressions. I had a couple of things that needed to be done and the best part was they can do it ALL the same day!!! No having to take extra time off work to go back and forth. Had such a great experience at Alhambra Modern Dentistry! Dr. Ly is fantastic, she is super patient and really knows her stuff. The whole team made me feel comfortable right away. They took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. The office is clean, modern, and well-equipped with the latest technology. You can tell they stay up-to-date with advancements in dental care. Dr. Ly walked me through each step of my procedure so I knew exactly what was happening. Honestly, finding a good dentist is hard, but I'm glad I found this place.
