Children's Dental FunZone - Alhambra

I am really happy with children Dental FunZone.I took my son to Alhambra location.I requested no fluoride to touch my son's body.The staff were so respectful of my concern and did not harassed me about it.I have been to other places and they have tried to push it on us.I am very thankful to the staff ,they were very nice to my son.Dr Ann Nguyen, Jessica, Jessie,and all the staff whose name I missed to mention. We're all lovely to us during our visit.I definitely recommend.Pictures are not allowed but I just want to share this one respecting the staff and not taking a picture of them.Just taking this one of my son to share with the public.

They wanted to charge me $45 per child to get their x-rays sent to me. Seriously? The office itself is decent. The kids did enjoy going there as they got toys at the end of the visit. The dentist we saw was friendly and personable. She was good with the kids as well. The work she did was quite excellent as well. I dont recall her name but she was younger and latina. Our new dentist did comment on what an excellent job she did on the fillings. The staff were quite friendly as well. They were a bit pushy about getting X-rays done though. I dont mind the X-rays, but it is a discussion to be had, not something to be pushed onto patients. Booking was somewhat difficult and whenever I called, it was a pain to get what I needed. The last straw was when they wanted to charge me $45 per child

Dr. Padideh and the assistant Breona are the best! All the workers there are very kind and patient. They were so kind and gentle with my 2 year old. It was his 2nd time coming in for an emergency and the 1st time was horrible, I expected this time to be the same but they were awesome and made him and myself feel so comfortable. With so many kids there it is a very overwhelming and overstimulating environment and all the staff have the best bedside manners and are kind. May God bless them!

My 4-year-old daughter’s recent 8:00 AM dental cleaning appointment didn’t go as planned . As a side note, my daughter is on the autism spectrum, so keeping appointments timely is very important for her comfort and regulation. When we arrived, there were issues verifying our insurance that took over 30 minutes and still could not be resolved. To avoid further delay, my husband agreed to pay $100 out of pocket. However, by 8:45 AM, she still had not been called in, and we noticed that patients who arrived after us were taken back first. Due to the extended wait and the difficulty it was causing, my husband made the decision to reschedule. My concern is this: insurance verification should ideally be handled prior to the appointment to prevent delays like this. Additionally, the front desk

The staff is always so kind and approachable with me, a parent, and my kids (5 and 7). They always speak to my kids in a friendly way and the tvs with fun kid movies is always a plus. Both my kids had to get fillings and the staff made it easy for them to feel comfortable and confident through their procedures. Also they supported my daughter’s Girl Scouts troop one year by buying several cookie boxes 💚☺️ thanks y’all for making their dental experience positive and fun!
