Needed a place to get my first pair of progressives. Close friends recommended a different store they went to for their last pairs of glasses that have Asian-fit frames. I checked out Yelp and Google reviews of that store and had several poor Yelp and Google reviews. So found SunOptics and read nothing but good reviews. Glad I decided to go with SunOptics! Keith was extremely helpful in recommending frames and generous in giving me a discount on my lenses that are progressive, transition and has AR coating. Keith was very efficient in helping me and 2 other customers at the same time. Keith was very upfront that he doesn’t take insurance and was quick to get me an itemized receipt that I could use a claim for VSP to try to get money back from them. My order was ready for pickup in about 10

We are very satisfied with the service here, there are so many choices of glasses. We finally got our daughter's first pair of glasses, after looking at many optometrists, our daughter is happy with her glasses...

Came in to get my Grandma’s nose pads on her glasses fixed and Keith worked very quickly to fix them within 10 minutes. He was super friendly and always trying to insert little jokes here and there which made for a great experience. We also got Al some new frames for my Grandma and suggested some affordable titanium glasses since they would be lighter for her to wear. Overall, I am super happy to have stopped by and would highly recommend Keith to anyone who needs anything to done with glasses or sunglasses!!

Just got my sunglasses fixed by Keith! Walked in randomly hoping this store would be able to fix my sunglasses from tomford that even the own brand didn’t wanna fix it for me, and Keith fixed it in less than 10min being super friendly and helpful! I wish I had a bunch of glasses to bring it for him 😆 thank you so much!!!!!
