No longer be able to see doctor anymore except yearly check up. Your children better be super healthy to stay with this group. This place has gone down really bad!!! Our 3 children (9, 8 and 5) have been with this group for 9 years now. They have gone from the greatest to the worse!!! 👎👎👎 Our children are very healthy and rarely had to see doctor. Mostly their yearly check up. Few times, we had emergency where my son sprained his elbows (twice), my daughter had whooping cough (once). Those times, we always were able to see their doctor right away. They used to have morning walk-ins 8am - 845am or same day appointment to see any availability doctor. We have been coming to Arcadia Pediatric for 14 years and we love Dr. Fanselau, but have seen many of the other doctors over the years and they are all very compassionate and knowledgeable. Today the support staff really shined! After 12 days of NO from 10 different pharmacies Nurse Brenda and Erica in authorizations got me a Yes! They really went above and beyond to get my daughter the medication she needed. I am so grateful for their assistance. These wonderful women deserve recognition for their exceptional customer service.

I used to love this place! After they switched to Cedar Sinai everything went downhill fast! They no longer have an on call nurse, everything is online. If you try calling to speak to anyone you have to wait 40-60min. I always have to wait an hour to see the doctor. We are out of the waiting room fast but we stay in the patient room for over an hour. Then when it came time to pay my bills I was unable to through MyCSlink. I had to call billing, then tech support, then billing again, and no one can help me. I couldn't even pay my bill over the phone (automated). Take my money! Unfortunately I'm looking for another pediatrician soon.

We had to choose a pediatrician from this practice because we had our baby across the street at USC Arcadia. If you find yourself in the same position, have a solid backup ready to go because everyone at this practice is overworked and they don’t know your child from the next. Our first week we saw 3 different doctors. We switched practices by baby’s week 2. I just returned from baby’s 1 month checkup and wow… it was a night and day experience now that we’re at another place. HHP didn’t even write our baby’s weigh ins down in his chart. The new pediatrician couldn’t find it in his transfer papers. HHP weighed him 4 times in the first week… let that sink in… they mean well I’m sure, but probably too eager to grab new patients I think.

We’re switching doctors. We’ve brought our daughter here 3 times at different times of the day and all 3 times we have waited for over an hour with her stripped down in a diaper impatient and overheating. The office staff is always goofing off while the doctor is nowhere to be found.
