Hunters Pond Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

Our elderly Mom stayed at Hunters Pond for respite care approximately 5 days. The facility was Clean, bright and all staff could be seen working diligently. When we arrived the nurse Karen met us at the entrance as we drove up to help my sister and I get our Mom out of our vehicle. We were taken to the room Mom would stay it was bright and clean. The food menu was located on the wall near the nurse’s station. We got Mom settled into her room and the staff quickly took Mom’s vitals, confirmed all medications Mom was on and the dosage amount. We arrived at lunch time so Mom was brought a very appetizing meal, along with coffee, tea, apple juice and jello. It was the first time Mom stayed at a respite care or any other facility for that matter. Staff made her feel comfortable and were friendl

Everyone was observant, and polite. Place was clean. Love one good spirits, spoke of staff being respectful and attentive. Nice to hear.

They took great care of my aunt during her rehab! Nice people and clean facility.

The visit was fine Spoke to the nurses about transportation to Dr.s visit and had a response very quickly and was given an up date on occupational theropy .This visit was fine but last visit was not okay.

This place is Great! All the workers are friendly and courteous. It is very clean. My mom loves the.delicious meals and the prompt attention she receives when she asks for.help
