Dr. Hunter Kirkland listens to my concerns and addresses them accordingly. He takes my opinions about my care into account when we make decisions on moving forward. I appreciate him and Kelsey for addressing my needs. I truly believe and appreciate that I am alive, today due to the steady and sure hands of Dr. Kirkland.

I was given a short notice appointment and didn’t have to wait weeks to be seen. The check in was quick and painless and the staff was amazing and accommodating. The Dr’s nurse was very clear with direction for my procedure and took time for my antidotes and questions. Dr Kirkland was very informative and confident and answered all my questions and was I totally understood all of his responses and directions. Felt a lot more calm after the procedure was clarified.

Hopefully, you’ll never need Dr. Kirkland’s services, but if you do, just know that you’ll be in good hands. His bedside manner is second to none, and he takes the time to break down what all is going on with your care in a way that is easy to understand. As a recipient of a quadruple bypass, I can’t thank this man enough for saving my life!

Dr. Kirkland is amazing. He’s easy to talk to and he explains things concisely, clearly, and at level that a patient can understand. He is sincere in his approach and a genuine professional. He has great command for his profession, exhibits deep knowledge of his field, is credible, smart, and trustworthy.

Great surgeon, would recommend this doctor to anyone in need of heart surgery. Explains procedure, spends time with patient and family answering questions, and makes you feel comfortable about the surgery. . I credit my quick recovery to Dr. Kirkland’s skills in the operating room.
