I told them I liked my smile, but felt like I had the look of baby teeth. They took care of me for my normal teeth cleaning and also provided composite bonding and a new gum line. I’m so happy with the results and how I still have my natural smile, but just a little perfected. The doctor really took his time to ensure everything was perfect. The staff has been very nice and provided excellent care. Also I was very surprised to find out that my dental insurance covered most of the cosmetic work as well.

6 months, 5appointments, multiple failed crown fittings — and still no follow-through or accountability from this office. I originally came in for a routine cleaning in October 2025 and was told a filling needed to be replaced with a crown, which I was skeptical about since I’ve had consistent dental care for years with no issues. After moving forward with their recommendation, the process turned into months of delays, a last-minute cancellation while I was already on the way after taking time off work, and several extremely uncomfortable visits where I had to request anesthetic multiple times due to exposed nerve sensitivity. When the crown was finally placed, the dentist apologized and told me the office would follow up with a reimbursement or goodwill gesture. That never happened. Tw

Unfortunately, my experience with this office has been extremely disappointing. At my first appointment, I waited over an hour past my scheduled time to be seen. At my second appointment, I waited 1 hour and 24 minutes before any treatment began. When I checked in at the front desk at both the 30-minute and 1-hour marks, I was met with rude, unprofessional responses. Staff claimed they would check on how much longer it would be, but never actually followed up, and showed no concern or regard for the excessive wait time I was experiencing. I was told the dentist was “too busy to be interrupted,” yet during my actual treatment the dentist was verbally updated by other staff members four separate times, which made that explanation feel inconsistent and dismissive. The entire dental team was exceptional from my appointment setup to the actual visit, and Dr. Truong provided outstanding care. I truly felt valued and well cared for throughout my visit. Although I have always been anxious about dental appointments, this experience was remarkably comfortable and reassuring. The staff’s professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made all the difference. The Netflix in the treatment room was also a thoughtful touch that helped ease my nerves. I highly recommend this office for anyone seeking a caring and professional dental experience. I just moved to San Antonio from Atlanta and have been at the same place for the last eight . I was very skeptical about going to the new practice. This practice was very professional and very clean I’m so glad that I chose Huebner Smiles. Heather took very good care of me. I will be returning for my future cleanings and dental care
