I should’ve read the reviews before I chose this place but it was the only place I could find with extended hours that accepts my insurance. I had issues first with scheduling where I was lied to about when my appointment could be so that extended my wait for my appointment but I’m not even going to get into that. I went today and I wanted to let the dentist know I haven’t been to one in many years due to having a fear of dentists since childhood. Apparently that was a mistake. She did a deep cleaning after I told her that and I was completely still and calm and internally SO proud of myself for not being scared at all! She dug at a tooth and it felt like she was hitting a cavity so I just said “ah” to let her know something hurt there. She seemed pissy when I did that. She eventually hit

Absolutely horrendous dentist. You will be treated like a number, and your time means nothing to them while they rush you out for the next patient. Credit where credit is due: the assistants seem very sweet. But the dentist’s bedside manner is atrocious. It’s almost like I’m ruining her day just by existing there and it was like that from day one. She will not hear you out, and she will not address any worries you have. I was there to get cavities filled, and afterwards the bite felt off. I told her so, and she filed it down a little. When I told her it was still way too high she didn’t do anything about it. She didn’t test the alignment with paper or anything, and that filling broke off from jaw stress four months later. She did not seem to care. Avoid this place like the plague please

as soon as i got there they were very soft spoken the girls there are amazing! i came with HIGH anxiety, and i was very nervous but they sat me down and the nice lady named sam took my xrays she was a sweetheart and she made me laugh! trust me i never feel comfortable in a dentist office and this was my first adult office. overall made me feel so comfortable coming from a person that as a kid would kick and scream! i love them and i am going to continue to go there!

Answer the phone. I cracked a tooth and was trying to get an appointment to fix it. After more than FOURTY FIVE MINUTES spent dialing and re-dialing the phone number to the office, I have yet to get connected with anyone. Poor business practices. At least have a voicemail instead of just hanging up on the person trying to get through. Drove to the office to make an appointment in person since they don't seem to know how phones work. Door is locked. The hours are posted right next to the locked door stating their business should be open. No notice, information, or anything stating why they were closed. Extremely disappointed that this seems to be how they think businesses operate. Will be finding new provider. Also plan to tell everyone I know that Hudson Smiles doesn't know what "Open"

No communication at all. I did 2 online inquiries for a call back. No call. I left 3 separate voicemails for a call back, still no call. How can someone get an appointment if they don’t get a call back? Terrible customer service. Hopefully no one is hayan emergency situation.
