Worst office ever. Impossible to get in touch with and when you finally do they are no help. Called on a Monday to make an appointment for my physical and wanted to get my routine bloodwork done prior to the visit so A. the doctor could go over the results with me at my appointment and B. So I wouldn’t have to immediately make another appointment to go over it. Receptionist said they need to message the doctor first. Fast forward to Thursday and still no call back. I call again and the receptionist tells me she’ll send a priority message to the doctor (translation they never sent the original message). By close of business Friday I still did not receive a call. Changed doctors Friday evening and they got me an appointment immediately.

Closing at lunch is rediculous. Have someone answer phone during lunch and take messages. This isn't a factory act like it. Fowled up my prescription directions, pharmacy could not reach them,had to wait over 2 hours for script to even get corrected. Calling them is also a disaster, hello please hold. Sums up experience here.

A little unprofessional they actually forgot I was sitting in the room waiting for the doctor and I'm sitting here listening to them chatting it up for about 20 minutes to then have the doctor see me in passing to tell me my meds are being sent, didn't even verify if I was the correct patient they were talking to

I've been trying to recieve a work note for over a week. It's urgent. I call everyday. I've faxed the necessary paperwork multiple times. I don't understand. I don't know what to do.

My family and I have been coming here for over a year now and are very pleased with our care! Gina is amazing!!!
