HonorHealth Medical Group Urgent Care - Saguaro

I ended up in urgent care after a deep cut in my finger, which was managed for time being by compressed bandaging by me at home. The overall experience at urgent care was good. The worst thing is the wait time, i had to wait more than 1 hour. Otherwise the desk staff, the medical assistant and the doctor who attended me were so nice and professional. They did there best. Thank you!

Came in with a broken wrist and bruised ribs from a fall on a hike nearby. The place was Clean and run very well.. Everybody was so kind and nice. I really felt this is one of my best experiences I've had in an urgent care situation.

I walked in and I got into the doctor with in 15-20 mins . In room it only took about 10 mins . The doctor showed up . He was very informative. Gave me the medication I needed and I was go to go. Very Helpful, knowledgeable, affectionate. I would recommend this facility.

I was recently treated at Honor Health Saguaro Urgent Care for a laceration to my index finger. I was concerned that I would require stitches to stop the bleeding. I had a short wait before seeing the Dr. He was gentle and efficient when assessing the cut. Steri- strips were used rather than stitches and the finger was immobilized by a splint. I was glad I went. I received excellent care.

Have unfortunately had to seek urgent care treatment twice in the past year, but HonorHealth made both experiences manageable. Check-in is quick and discreet, and both times I haven’t had to wait long at all; 10 minutes max. Physicians and nurses have provided compassionate care, asked sincere questions, and treated me with dignity. They also provided referrals to me when I needed to seek additional care outside of what an urgent care facility can provide. I can’t recommend this facility enough if you have urgent care needs.
