Came to this hospital for my recent surgery, and I will be leaving review for my surgeon and her practice separately (still amazing) but wanted to share my experience with John C Lincoln here. Intake and admission for my procedure was super smooth. I had a prior call from a nurse who was a delight and provided some important information for day of in follow up. On the Day of I met Meghan in admissions who walked me through a very quick intake and hooked me up with the very fashionable wristband. From there I was shuffled back to the next room and into the dreaded gown. But Carmen was amazing and the rest of the team was kind and patient too. I met with the team including anesthesiologist Dr. La who ensured everything was in order and I was all set with the ‘happy juice’ before being rol

I went into the emergency room a couple weeks ago. I was very, very sick. It turned out I had pneumonia. I had gone to my primary care physician 4 days prior and they told me that I just had a bug and to stay hydrated and get lots of rest. I was so sick when I walked into the emergency room I could barely breathe. They were very nice to me although I don't remember the first couple of days very well. The nurses and staff were so nice to me and I want the hospital to know how special the nurse's they have are and not to take them for granted. I don't know what people's titles are because I saw so many different people from respiratory therapist to nurses and their helpers and just so many people but they were all very kind to me. There was a lady who brought me food sometimes, she was proba

This is absolutely the worst ER ever! No one comes when you call the nurses station. You can see them all talking, laughing and obviously not working with patients at the station. My mother almost had an accident on herself after waiting for 10 minutes and hitting the “toilet” and “nurse call” button repeatedly. When a nurse did finally arrive she was very rude and seemed inconvenienced that we were asking for assistance. My father and I waited over 9 hrs to be roomed and anytime we needed assistance, I had to flag someone down through the window. Clearly annoyed that we were interrupting their fun. I would NEVER come here for help again. Worst health care I’ve ever seen. The nurses clearly need to be monitored closely and retrained on patient care.

My sister & I are our mother's caregivers, & because of age-related issues, we've had many experiences with both hospital ERs & urgent care facilities. So far, every time we've visited the HonorHealth at (Dunlap & 3rd Streets) we've received excellent care! The 1st couple visits were in the ER, with our elderly mother. They not only found & took care of her medical issue quickly, but they did so in such a friendly & respectful manner. And we appreciate them so much for that! Thank you.

I have a history of kidney stones so I went to Honor Health which I hate going but that was the closes Emergency room. I had Dr. Bachini which I had in the past and I don't care for him at all. I told him I had kidney pain for a few weeks. Never asked me my pain level and didn't offer me pain medication. I had to ask for it. So nurse Heather comes in with Toradol. I told her that the other Emergency room would give me Toradol and a narcotic. She told me that's all he order. So four times I pushed my call button asking for pain medication. This went on for almost 90 minutes and still no nurse. I had to call the operator to get a nurse in my room. She call the nurses station and told them what's going on. She told me a nurse will be right there and they were in my room immediately. I asked H
