The best experience I've had with my kids. Dr. Pettigrew was thorough in answering all my questions throughout my daughter’s treatment. She took the time to show my daughter the tools and steps she would be using, which really helped her feel at ease. After we got home, Dr. Pettigrew even called to check on how my daughter was doing, which truly showed her care and dedication.

Holdbrook Pediatric Dental is more than just a Dentist office its family. Dr. Wendell and his staff are truly amazing. They know how to make kids feel comfortable, safe, and even excited to go to the dentist which is no easy task! I was once a Holdbrook patient myself back when they saw adults, and since then, my ex’s son, my foster child, and now my stepdaughter Harmonie (seen today) have all been Holdbrook kids. That loyalty says a lot. Especially since there’s other practices closer to us within network. The office is always clean, welcoming, and kid-friendly. Dr. Gupta is especially kind and attentive to kids with dental anxiety. She has treated my grandson on several occasions and he is very comfortable being treated by her. I'm so glad we found her. She's a gem.

I’ve been coming here for a longtime I’ve never had a bad experience which sucks to write this …my daughter had a filling on a tooth.. to be done I get to the appt early.. an hr early and that’s on me ..I waited til my appt time at 1140 which was her appt time I waited til 12 I got up and said hey I had an appt at 1140 she said no worries she’s next and should be soon like 15 mins wait..at 1pm! They called her…Not once did anyone come to update me on the wait time had they don’t that I wouldn’t be her writing this no update one doctor working which fine then don’t over book yourselves. I’m patient clearly I work in healthcare but the lack of consideration was the difference here communication with the patient shows curtesy..none…they just have you sit til you get called wondering why are

Front desk staff are incompetent and unhelpful. After getting the run around for 20 minutes and being put on hold multiple times regarding an insurance question I was told they couldn't help me, and had never heard of my insurance (apparently neither had their supervisor). I was then was told to call my insurance to see if they were in network. After this I called a different local pediatric dentist to set up an appointment instead. The receptionist at the other office was able to answer my questions, take my info, and book an appointment in less than 5 minutes. Full disclosure, I've never actually used this facility and Wendell Holdbrook himself may be a fantastic dentist, but he may want to reconsider retraining or replacing his staff with more knowledgeable and helpful people.
