Absolutely terrible experience. My partner was charged two separate bills totaling over 1,000 for a simple primary care visit with no tests, no procedures, and no real care, including a surprise facility fee (650+) I was never informed about. Most of the appointment was spent waiting alone in the exam room. Trying to dispute these charges has been a nightmare. Emails are completely ignored, and when you finally reach someone by phone, they simply shift responsibility to the insurance company and offer no real assistance. There is zero accountability. Be sure to ask in advance exactly how much your visit will cost and what additional fees may apply. Request a full price breakdown before you go — or better yet, choose a different provider.

Avoid this place and consider another provider. Pricing is extremely high, communication is poor, and disputing the charges was unsuccessful. For a basic primary care visit, I was billed twice: once for the doctor visit and again for a facility fee, which was more than double the cost of the doctor visit itself. I strongly recommend confirming all costs and potential fees in advance before scheduling an appointment.

The most horrible experience of my life. Unfortunately, I was there for the birth of my baby, the care was inhuman. I still feel sad my wonderful boy was born under such conditions.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I've never been treated so horribly in my life. I ended up just leaving without taking any medical advice. No one would listen to me about the complexity of my symptoms. They just wanted to simplify it as if I were a text book case. ... I was first seen by a P.A. who was rattling off facts as if she was reading them from a book, not even really looking at me. The Doctor was even ruder (if possible). I got 4 different diagnosis within 7 min. So forgive me for being skeptical. They acted personally affronted when I stood up for myself and told them I didn't trust their recommendations.
