It was a really good experience. Everyone was very patient and didn't have to wait too long. Because I was very anxious, the doctors and nurses were patiently helping me to relieve my anxiety. And they would meet any needs. I would like to especially thank Nurse Peachy. She was really nice. She patiently explained, treated you very gently, and helped you. She made me feel warm in a foreign country. Thank you very much!!

Have tried contacting many times to handle privately to no avail. So here we go: I came in during the pandemic, 2020, struggling to breathe. They did the work ups and no heart attack, so they gave me an ativan (which id never had before) and sent me home. There was no information about anxiety or follow up assistance for 2 weeks (then their follow up line was amazing). There was a lot of good, but the bad was traumatic. I kept coming in (3xs total) thinking I was dying, but was having panic attacks. The 3rd day my brother was out of town and I was all alone. They accused me of just coming in to try to score ativan. I have no substance abuse history and had never had the medication before going there. They literally kicked me out on the street and I didn't even have money for a taxi home.

Every staff is so friendly, approachable and helpful! Thankfully the other bad reviews didn’t turn us away from seeking medical care from this hospital. Had a good experience overall!

I went to ER and got a regular weight and blood preasure test. And then followed by a blood test due to a severa stomache. That's all the treatment I get. I went back home and got a 20k bill for that. I am trying to call the billing department, but their phone is busy tone 24/7. The bill prefectly hit my deductible threshold amount(2k). I am still trying to appeal this unbelieveable medical bill. #emergency room #billing

My gf had a minor muscle sprain, basically they made her wait in the ER for 3 hours and gave her a CT scan (no doctor actually did any physical exam, no meds, no nothing) we got billed 31k (90% was covered by our health insurance) Avoid it at all costs, really bad and expensive place
