Hoang Eye Care

I had my yearly check up and enjoyed every minute of it. From the greeting at the check-in to the payment at the end, it was a great experience. I was in and out in no time with a smile on my face. The staff is very personable and knowledgeable. I will definitely be recommend and referring all my friends and family to Hoang Eye Care.

Just visited for the first time today. They were able to see immediately for contact fitting and eye glass prescription. The staff were friendly and the optometrist was great! It’s close to the base and convenient. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks again!

Dr Hoang is an excellent eye care provider that I've gone to for several years. She makes you feel at home. I called for an appointment and was able to get in the same day. Hope she stays in Sherwood for a long time.

The only review you have is ridiculous. On the other hand, your reply is hilarious. Therefore, I'm giving 5 stars to help mitigate the situation 🤣 "They won't give me free stuff. Waaaaaah" 🤣 the audacity must be on "rollback".

Secretary is good, but the eye Drs are awful. Poor people skills. Refused to see me bc of my insurance even though was willing to pay cash bc I was without glasses & ran out of contacts. Being legally blind, this is a problem for me & everyone around. Hazzard! Hello! My script ran out 2 months ago and refused to give me ONE FREE SAMPLE PAIR of contacts!! FREE CONTACTS! I told her I literally had no corrective lenses. I said, "So instead of giving me a free pair, you are saying for me to just go blind until my insurance?" She said, "Yes." Insanity. They also are cheap & don't give you contact cases or lens solution like real eye doctors do. If you want a drive thru dollar tree experience with dollar general service, go there. They suck!
