This clinic is completely unprofessional. Our appointment was at 11:00 AM and we were not seen until 4:00 PM. Waiting five hours with a child is unacceptable. When I asked the front desk why they would schedule patients without proper timing, the staff responded with a rude attitude instead of apologizing. When we finally saw the doctor, she rushed through my daughter’s exam and did not listen to anything we were saying. It was clear they packed too many patients into one day just to make money. The office was overcrowded, there was no seating available, and the place smelled terrible. I tried to excuse it as a bad day the first time, but when I came back again, the exact same chaos happened. This is not a one-time mistake — this is how they operate. The doctor is nice, but the waiting times are absurd. They shouldn’t accept walk-ins when there are already people waiting. My appointment was at 4, and others had appointments at the same time — that doesn’t make any sense. They should limit the number of patients per day, and if someone cancels at the last minute, they should charge a fee like other clinics do. During the time I was there, I saw three people leave because they got tired of waiting so long.

Unfortunately I can’t give them a better rate , every single time it’s the same , they give an appointment at certain time and they never ever are punctual with that . Even I have mentioned them that I have to work and that is the reason what I made an appointment at 10 am I showed up at 9:51 and right now it’s 11:33 am and they have not even call me to attend me . I understand that we have to be patience, but I think that’s the reason why we schedule a doctor’s visit because we have to work also. I don’t think it’s normally fair to wait almost 2 hours when I have an appointment. The ladies at the front desk they all are nice and the doctor it’s just the waiting time for each patient.

My appointment was at 10:30am and we are sitting in the room waiting for the Dr. and is 11:30 am and my kids had use the bathroom they both went in, because they both were talking to each other they said I had to be in there with them and they could be touching things in there, when they barely only been in there for 2 minutes. This facility is good for grown people but not for kids they do not have the capacity or the patience for children. They had no reviews nor to much patience at first now I feel they went way over their head they are not being efficient. I think you guys should look for another facility to be seen.

Great costumer service! The doctor and the staff are so welcoming I’ve never had any issues with none of them, they’re efficient and work smoothly. Definitely recommend this clinic!!
