Hillside Primary Care

This is a great place for a PCM! The doctors, staff, and associates show genuine dedication, commitment, and compassion! It’s always a delight to see when people love people and love what they do even more! After seeing a nurse practitioner (Ms. Priyanka Mooney) at HPC I’m convinced that there are doctors, np’s, LVN’a and medical staff that still care instead of just receiving a check. I even had a small problem there (no fault of theirs) and they refused to wait. They fixed it right then! Truly professionals and subject matter experts!

Great clinic office for PCP services. Front office is very kind, and work with you on any questions you may have before your visit. Dr. Mooney is knowledgeable, helpful, understanding. She really listens to your needs and finds an avenue to help with get what you need for a clean bill of health. The grand prize for me goes to Mrs. Stephanie Thomas. Mrs. Stephanie is so kind and really cares about you when you talk to her before you see the doc. She has excellent bedside manner and the kindest words of comfort to offer. I feel like she really listens and helps support my needs. I was terrified to go to a new PCP when I moved here from Houston a year ago. I've had nothing but kindness and genuine support. For anyone considering Hillside Primary Care (Schertz) (Priyanka Mooney) I have been with this provider since last year 2025. Last year I requested lab work done & I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks prior I show up on the day off only to be told they don't have the required tubes for the lab work I need. Nobody bothered calling me to reschedule or notify me. This year AGAIN I show up early morning for lab work, and they don't have the paperwork ready, nor do they know what lab work I need; therefore, they withdrew blood work twice. I leave the office very disappointed and decide to message Priyanka Mooney in regards to this situation and she had the audacity to tell me "it is best you look for another Provider" which I took her advice specially after not hearing back from anyone from the o

I was close by the schertz office and not feeling well, so I stopped in to ask when I could schedule an appointment. They were kind enough to fit me in & provided me with excellent care. Everyone was very kind, courteous and worked diligently to complete my care.

I'm a relatively new patient to Hillside, but I'm incredibly impressed and 100% satisfied with the amazing care and attention to detail they provide. I've never had a provider who is so thorough and addresses all of my concerns in such a caring manner. They are problem solvers here and will treat you with respect and dignity.
