How do they stay in Business!!? Not just big Holiday they’re closed, but small random Holidays and days surrounding. ALWAYS close earlier than there listed Hours of Op. & there’s always like 5 Employees working! How this place is still open baffles me, TERRIBLE PHARMACY!

I was lucky enough to have come across the worst pharmacy in all of San Antonio! My doctor writes my prescriptions and says how it should be dispensed. For whatever reason the staff at Hills drugstore since being seen there under my injury attorney letter of protection, has always treated me like pure disrespect! The attitude and judgement is really the worst. I spoke to the pharmacist Christina, today and how awful! Your staff fails to understand that if you have any issues with how the prescriptions are written by my licensed provider call my provider, you truly give the worst service! I explained to Christina that I'm going to be out of state for a week and she had the audacity to say I won't go into withdrawal because I will be off of my pain med for a week. Worst service! I’ve been waiting since early March for a transport chair for a family member, It is now May 7 and after the several phone call with individual name Nathaniel he finally tells me after back-and-forth with my family members doctors office - waiting on signatures and faxes etc - I call him back and now after 3 months he all of the sudden determines and says they don’t accept the insurance. What a total waste of almost 3 months of time & now I get to start all the way back over. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had at a pharmacy .

I love that they will have your prescriptions ready in 10-15 mins tops at first had a little issue w/one Of the staff but we got passed its been smooth sailing since then

This place is a very unorganized Joke!Then had the audacity to say I kept hanging up on him .Stop your lying!!! They tell me they're waiting on the insurance company and they tell the insurance they are waiting on a few more things from the doctor which they had told me they already the paperwork from the doctor's office so who's lying?? Don't use this place my husband's in so much pain and now we have to wait till Wednesday because Monday is a holiday Smdfh I do not recommend this place to anyone and their staff isn't very friendly either.
