The care here is good, but coming to this location is always an inconvenience. I normally find myself waiting for around 2 hours just to be seen, and today myself and several others came in but had to reschedule because the Wi-Fi was down. It's 2026, it doesn't make sense that there isn't a handwritten alternative to your computerized system.

The NP Tone is so awesome. I just love her she really understands the struggles of losing weight and gives you realistic things to try and do. She does not judge you or be rude when something is off. She offers suggestions and solutions and that helps me a whole lot. She is very encouraging. Thanks she is amazing!!!

I had a Very Good Report. We went over my numbers, small things to do to get them normal. The Nurse Practitioner made me feel comfortable, answering questions clear. Front Desk Receptionist is always warm and kind.

First time at the office Nov 2024 and I was told I had a deductible plan and was asked to pay $225 towards my deductible. I paid it even though it sounded strange to me that I had to pay that as my visit was supposed to be covered. I had just moved to GA and I needed to get established with a Dr. I received all of my explanation of benefits and they state that I owe $0 and all I had to pay was $41 to Labcorp. I called my insurance to verify this with someone and they confirmed that I did not have to pay anything. I called the office and was told the office manager was in charge of billing and never heard from her. One person told me over the phone that the reason my portion said zero is because I paid my portion at the time of visit which is complete BS she then told me that they would ad
