Highland Pharmacy

I took my Rx in on a Tues morning. I was advised it was a compound Rx. I was told, by Stacy, that it would be 24 hrs to compound my Rx and it would be delivered by Thurs. I explained it had to be Thurs. I called this, Thurs, morning to confirm my Rx would be ready today. It wasn't. I was given excuses. This Rx is a must have for my cat to live a healthy life. It had to be today. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. The glib attitude I received was insulting. I thought a pharmacy would treat all their patients with prompt, respectful attention. Not so here. Never again will I depend on this pharmacy to honor their promises and treat people with respect.

This is not a pharmacy for everyone. No drive-thru. Limited hours. Closed on Sundays. BUT ... if you are like me and can work around all of that to have a real pharmacy like the old days where customer service was number one, period! They go out of their way to stay in contact with doctors and insurance to keep on top of refills, the staff and pharmacists come across as just good laid back people - as like they are your neighbors. No matter how busy, you need to consult on your medication the pharmacists will give you the time you need to answer all questions. They also provide vaccinations and this is a compounding pharmacy. And let me add - Free Home Delivery by a personal driver if you can't get in. Great Job Highland!

I Love Highland Pharmacy! They are friendly and knowledgeable. They have delivery service, which is hard to find in a pharmacy. Just a better pharmacy than all the other big chains! I’m so glad I found them, I would never go back to the big pharmacy again!

I have been happy with this pharmacy since 2018. Everyone is friendly, they always have meds in stock, and deliver! Shout out to Sarah…she is wonderful. UPDATE: 2024 Highland Pharmacy, after all these years still remains the best Pharmacy ever! Special shout out to Michele that handled a problem for me today. I’m grateful. Highly recommend this pharmacy. UPDATE 2025!! Thank you again to Michele, Jaime, Jennifer ( and all the staff, in fact) for their exceptional service. Everyone treats my sister and I so well. It’s really difficult to find a decent pharmacy with caring professional people. Highly recommend and thank you so much!
