I visited Dr. Marotti seeking relief from significant pain caused by bilateral lipomas pressing on nerves, and left the appointment utterly disappointed. His examination was shockingly incomplete — he palpated only my right side for roughly 10 seconds, during which I visibly flinched and told him directly that was where my pain was, yet he never once examined my left side. He told me he couldn't feel anything and had nothing to offer me, and made absolutely no attempt to address my pain. I felt completely invalidated. Being charged for what was essentially a 10-second examination and a dismissal is frankly unacceptable. I strongly urge anyone seeking thorough, compassionate care to think twice before booking an appointment.

On 12-11-25 I had a procedure here & since I scheduled the procedure had become very anxious about it, but once I was called from the waiting room by Gretchen I was almost immediately calmed by her. She was so kind, patient and reassuring. She was just overall a very special human being. The Center is very clean/organized and everyone I came in contact with were hands down especially nice! Ty all for being VERY SPECIAL in the best way! I was very satisfied with your treatment today, tyvm❣️👍🤗

The staff was extremely kind and the rooms are very nice they are comfortable beds nothing like I thought it was going to be it's like a mini hotel. Bed, desk, TV on the wall, a tables last night stand to put a drink, snacks, a book,etc. I didn't have any problems sleeping with all the stuff hooked up and I woke up they came in and hooked me and I was free to go whenever I was done getting my stuff together and changing! I would highly recommend

I had a procedure done here and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The nurses, techs, and doctors were truly ace at their jobs. They were kind, attentive, and knowledgeable.

The medical staff demonstrated exceptional care and attention to detail. The room prior to surgery was elegantly appointed. I highly recommend this medical facility for your medical needs.
