Horrible customer service! I was told that I could come in for a massage and when I got there, the lady took one look at me and said "Oh no two customers are coming in!" Which I feel was a complete lie! She just didn't want to do the massage. It's completely fine! There is a better massage place in Harker Heights called Tranquil Retreat! I'd recommend everyone to go there! Very professional and affordable. The massage therapist there actually work with orthopedic surgeons so they know what they are doing!

This establishment is very unprofessional. I paid for a one-hour massage, but the masseuse repeatedly left the room for several minutes at a time and did not stay for the full hour. I was only on the table for about 45 minutes. Based on the actual service time, I should have been charged for a 30-minute massage, not an hour. The massage itself felt very lazy and rushed, with minimal effort or technique, which is why the experience was so poor. On top of that, the masseuse demanded an unusually high tip—over $20-$30—claiming that was how much they earn per service. This was easily one of the worst massages I’ve ever had, despite visiting many different locations. I would avoid this place like the plague. Including, for those people who gives good reviews. Usually, I pay after I get a massage. The lady there was trying to get me to pay beforehand, but took me to the room first. I'm going to pay. If I didn't have the money, I wouldn't go. Did they make anyone else pay first? She said "No, pay now." Which was a little odd

This place is great if you need a good massage. Candy is the best massage therapist I have ever used. She was very attentive and determined to get the knots out of my shoulders. She also used some kind of herbs and it literally got rid of the pain completely. Nice calming peaceful atmosphere super clean and awesome massage.. If your looking for the best then look no further.

Is this place ever open? Came by last week and nobody opened the door, came by today and is also closed . I tried to come here because I live near by and didn’t want to try to drive too far. Never again!!
