Dr. Heying and staff are one of a kind. His practice is top shelf and provides incredible customer service. His team is amazing, they take the time to administer treatments using the best quality care and comfort. He has a LEED certified building and the best t-shirts promoting his business. All three of my kids received his care and have beautiful smiles because of his practice. If there was an annual award for Orthodontists that are incredible and look like Drew Brees, Dr. Heying would win it every year. Run, don’t walk to Heying Orthodontics for the best thing you can do for your teeth.

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Heying and his wonderful team! I went in to replace my bottom retainer, and he was absolutely amazing—so so so detail-oriented, caring, and incredibly kind. He took his time to make sure everything fit perfectly and explained every step with such care. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill and compassion the way he does. I left feeling so well cared for and truly grateful for his care and attention to detail! Highly HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking for excellent orthodontics care!!!!

This is our second child that has seen Dr. Heying for braces, and every appointment is great! Short wait times (sometimes they are waiting for us), super friendly and caring staff, and Dr. Heying always has time to talk to his patients (about more than their braces). I had an amazing experience with Dr. Scott Heying and his team on March 20, 2025. My permanent retainer broke, and they were able to get it fixed and have me out of there in record time! On top of that, the office was kind enough not to charge me—something they’ve been generous about in the past as well. Dr. Heying also replaced one of my night retainers, and the new one is much better quality and has lasted longer than my previous ones. Beyond their top-notch care, the office atmosphere is awesome! The team is always friendly, welcoming, and jamming out to great music, which makes every visit even better. Their professionalism, efficiency, and kindness truly set them apart. I highly recommend Dr. Heying to anyone in need of orthodontic services!

From the moment that I walked in the door at this office I was VERY pleased. From the very warm at home welcome I received from Miss Delaine to the wonderful bedside manner of Dr. Heying everything was just so pleasant. Delaine worked very hard to get me through my consult in a timely manner. She explained everything to me and was very helpful in getting my payment processed for my new braces.
