I’ve been taking my 4 kids(3 girls and 1 boy) since 2019 to Dr DelaMora, he’s an excellent doctor. My girls love him, they look forward to a visit even though they’re young ladies now, they feel comfortable with him, and to me, that’s a plus. Back when I made the first appointment for my kids, in 2019, I had a hard time getting a first appt, but it was definitely worthwhile. He’s a very busy doctor, the staff is very friendly, they know us when we walk in. I wouldn’t change them for any other clinic. Heritage Park Pediatrics is the best in my book! Totally recommend them. 10 stars from me. 😊

Very disappointed in this place. My niece and my nephews and my oldest daughter had started going to this clinic since it first opened. It’s seems like it’s just gone downhill from there. I try to make a doctors appointment for my child and I never receive calls back. You never feel comfortable while being in this office like you used to. And you feel like nothing is ever took seriously when it comes to Parents concerns of the child. I’m not a fluent Spanish speaker, but I guess it would’ve helped going to this clinic. I guess I would’ve been treated with more respect and took it more seriously if I knew how to talk Spanish I guess.. just so disappointed never again will I ever suggest anyone to take any other children here. I recently started taking my newborn baby to this clinic. At first I thought they were nice and attentive but it’s been 5 months and I’m starting to realize that they truly don’t care about their patients. When my baby turned 2 months he had his check up and it was time for his vaccines, they said they were out of stock but they would call me as soon as they had it. They called one morning and said I needed to go that same day but I couldn’t just drop everything I had going on and go to the office. They scheduled me the following week but I couldn’t go because my baby got very sick, when I went to get him checked a few days later, Dr De La Mora seemed very careless, he even made fun of me saying he would love to record all hispanic mom’s who ask the same questions, meaning we are paranoid

I will never recommend a doctor who doesn't care about his/her sick patients, specially when we're talking about children. I made today's appointment 30 days ago because they didn't have anything sooner. I had to leave work earlier to pick up my daughter early from school and pick up my other daughter from the daycare in Tijuana, crossed back and call the doctor's office to let them know I was running 10 minutes late. I finally got there, but the doctor did not want to see my daughters. They wanted me to make a new appointment 45 days after. I said to the receptionist that I understand we were late, but I called and ask for a grace period that everywhere you can get. Great staff always friendly! Dr. Fish and Dr. Santiago are the best. My children have been patients for over 8 years never had an issue with getting appointments. If your looking for the best then this is the right place.
