Henry Ford Same Day Care - Woodhaven

Most professional staff that care about patient. I arrived for appointment 15 minutes early as instructed, checked in on time, was in to see doctor within 15 minutes, diagnosed by a certified Doc (MD), prescription written and in-house pharmacy filled within 15 minutes after doc ordered. The pharmacist was so knowledgeable of the medication and gave me full instructions of use before I left (I never asked for these instructions) she was the best I’ve ever experienced in all my years. They all made my day and gave me hope for public service interactions future. Keep up the good work team and keep the faith!

We made an appointment online, went in at the appointment time and was seen promptly. The doctor did a quick exam and urinalysis; overall we were there maybe 30 minutes start to finish & just waiting for his script and paperwork. Everything was fine until we received a $257 bill noting a complex visit. There was nothing complex about the visit. I have tried REPEATEDLY to call the facility and speak with someone regarding the bill. I was able to get through one time and was hung up on. The line just rings until it goes dead. I’ve filed an appeal with my insurance.

This clinic is wonderful! I have utilized it multiple times now and have had a great experience each time. The hours are incredibly convenient, the staff is friendly and warm, and the clinic runs very efficiently. Thank you to all who work here-you're awesome! Oh and the pharmacy staff is wonderful too-so kind and helpful.

We had a great experience taking my 10 yo daughter here today. We were able to get right in (the walk-in around the corner is usually a 2 hour wait). The nurse was so kind and helpful. She really took excellent care of my daughter. I made sure to thank her on my way out.

Had a 1:40pm walk in clinic appointment. I got here at 1:30pm. I'm currently still in waiting room at this time and the time is 4:06 pm. Numerous individuals have went in front of me and 2 others waiting. We all had appointments but for some reason they keep taking those without appointments 1st. All individuals that skipped to the front said they had no appointment and were here for walk in clinic as well. I am unable to get into my regular dr for 6 months. I highly recommend to all others to go elsewhere for medical care.
