I can’t say enough wonderful things about the entire team at Concentra-Woodhaven. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The physical therapist Dave and PTSS Lucy went above and beyond to create a personalized treatment plan that truly met my needs. They took the time to explain every exercise, encouraged me through every step of my recovery, and celebrated my progress along the way. Quick, clean and polite employees at front counter. Waiting room is big. You can spread out and stay away from those who come in really sick. Doctors are great. They take the time to listen.

I visited this urgent care for an employment drug test, and the process went smoothly. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. I didn’t have to wait long, and everything was explained clearly. Overall, a good experience and I’d come back again if needed.

I have to say that was probably my best Concentra experience ever being a tradesmen and working in the skill trades for 30 years. Going to Construction drug test at Concentra has been every year thing for a long time. In most cases from my experience, everyone always seemed unhappy and were annoyed that you were there didn’t like to answer questions basically treated you like a piece of meat in and out. My last experience was amazing. Everyone was so friendly so helpful. No one got annoyed or upset with an extra question or two by far the best place I’ve ever been to keep up the good work over there. Amazing group of people.

I went in for a DOT. Physical. The Ladies at counter were very Friendly and answered all of questions. It did not take long before I was called back by a Nurse who was once again Friendly and Helpful. Once I was placed in a room, my wait for the Doctor was about 5 minutes. He was easy to talk to and understand. He explained my results and answered all of my questions.
