Went in yesterday for my eyes, they were amazing ! The waiting room is spacious! The front desk ladies were amazing, nurses were amazing and doctor was fantastic! She gave me extra tips for allergies and educated me on some much! Very clean! Would recommend!

Dr. Krisseda Solomon had wonderful "bedside" manner. She put me at ease, explained everything as she was performing procedure. Also made sure that I understood her post procedure instructions clearly. I'm 72 y.o. and Dr. Solomon was most professional/sincere doctor I have ever been to.

What kind of place are you running here? I had a PA today 2- 8-26 around 11 am that clearly needs to listen to the patient. They did not do flu, covid, or strep test, which I had many symptoms I reported to the PA. I asked to have strep test done, she ignored me. The PA told me she had to consult her supervisor of what she thought her findings were, that supervisor never came into the exam room to assess me and confirm the PA before I was told to go to the ER .I got to the ER and the PA there did the examination for what urgent care had sent me for and said no that it has distinctive signs and you have none of them. They did flu, covid, and strep test at ER and guess what I have a positive test result for one of them. You also need to think when people have to pay for medical care and you

We visited this urgent care for medical treatment and was told there was an outstanding balance that they said was owed by us. Based on our insurance coverage, the balance was the responsibility of the 3rd party HRA company, not ours. We were told we would not be seen unless payment was made. As a result, billing concerns took priority over patient care, and we left without receiving treatment. I recommend Trenton Urgent Care down the road.

The doctor did not listen to symptoms, did not see very clear spots on my child’s throat and sent us away with nothing. We felt rushed even though we were the only ones in there. Absolutely zero help.
