Get Well Urgent Care

Dr Saadia Mian is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. Her manner is calming, understanding and reassuring. I started going to her after another endocrinologist, treating me for Hashimoto's thyroiditis, changed my meds and for 6 months I was such a mess and frustrated. Using labs, Dr Mian changed the dosage of my prescriptions and has followed up with more labs and fine tuning. I feel so good, energy, hair and nails are getting stronger and the heart palpations have stopped. Dr Mian LISTENES to me and uses that and my bloodwork to treat me. For those of us that suffer with thyroid issues, Dr Mian is a quality of life saver.

I’ve taken my family here for the last like 5 years, or since they’ve been open. I’ve had good experiences and they are faster than the usual urgent care. However, this last time was not a good experience. I took my daughter on Halloween and they were short staffed (which makes sense), they got me in quickly. The first time the triage worker took my daughter’s temp, it read 98°. I knew it was wrong even after multiple attempts because I had just taken it at home. He then switched thermometers, giving the correct temp. We were then put in another room to be examined by the doctor. However, it wasn’t even a doctor that came in. He told me he wasn’t a doctor and didn’t prescribe my daughter anything who was having trouble breathing, a high fever, and fatigue. We were told to work it out at ho

I used to go here and was great. Dr walker was amazing. Dr Ali, so patient. This New (short older guy) Dr I’ve seen 2x is rude, doesn’t listen, dismissive, and now my meds are all messed up. The front desk will tell you he’s great, they trust him. I won’t be back as long as he’s there. My last visit, they took 8 viles of blood. 8. When Dr called to go over results, he was so rude. Only said about cholesterol. I inquired about 8 viles surely they had to test for more than just cholesterol. We were looking for multiple things. Nope, 8 viles for just cholesterol. My husband was prescribed a med that required a pre determination, this Dr said he’d do it. It’s been 3 months and they still haven’t and no one will take responsibility for it. I have been coming to this urgent care since covid. They used to be great, however, my experience today changed my mind completely. They open at 8:30, I walk d in a few minutes after 9:00 and was greeted by three people who immediately told me that the doctor wasn't there yet but that she should be soon. I filled out all my paperwork and before they took me back they insisted I wear a mask. This hasn't happened since covid, but they told me I had to wear one in order to be brought to a room. So I put one on and go back. I wanted to be tested for strep throat, as my son was just diagnosed with it yesterday. They bring the tests in and they tell me I have to do it myself. i came to get bloodwork done and a urine sample. this day they weren't super busy and i spent close to 3 hours here. when i asked for a full screen they told me they only test for whatever the lab has which didnt make any sense. then they came to do my blood stuck me twice had me drink some water and tried a 3rd time and didn't get anything and they told me they were gonna get the other doctor which they never did whatever.ive also never in my 23 years of living had any issues with getting my blood taken. i gave them my urine sample and fast forward to a week later i call and ask about it and they inform me that the lab never came and picked it up. i should've figured that they were full of crap when they told me i didn't have a copay or anything. im not sure who's in charge of this place
