Very bad experience while trying to make an appointment on the phone. The person who “assisted” me was Norma. Very little interest in helping. The first time I called we hung up and she just said “I have to verify information before you can make an appointment” but never asked for any information. I had to call again to tell her to take the information. Later I was helped by a nicer lady Nichole who unfortunately passed me back to Norma who stated “like I said before when I get that done I’ll call you” very unprofessional and not compassionate at all.
