Today marks the beginning of my new fibromyalgia treatment with one of the best doctors and medical director in Sun City, Florida! Dr. Hector Cases, with over 30 years of experience in pain management! I feel positive about this new, small-dose treatment. What I love most about this wonderful doctor is that we are both from Puerto Rico, and his professionalism and good sense of humor are excellent!

Dr Cases is a great guy with a nice bed side manner. However every month I have to see him and the wait is usually 1.5 to 2 hrs wait time. So yesterday I had a 1:30 appt and I finally saw him around 3:30. Also their billing depart is very challenging. Im being billed by 3 different company names for the same Dr. Even tho only 1 company is in my network. They've booked appts/procedures even tho the procedure hasn't been approved thru my insurance. Very frustrating.

I saw Dr. Cases nearly a year ago and we ended up doing a nerve block in my low back. Everything went great and he’s a very good doctor. The pain eventually comes back though with the nerve block and by now it’s back to where it can be debilitating some days. I still work a whole lot of hours and it’s very difficult to get in to see him to get another block done. I can barely understand the folks who try to set up another appointment with them. And the other reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is I am just now getting a bill for the procedure from last June-8 months after the procedure. So, if you get any work done here-that part is 5 stars but the appointment scheduling and billing is only around 3 stars. (Scheduling is good-it’s not their fault I struggle with the language barrier). Keep go

I absolutely love Dr. Hector Cases! I have been seeing him for years and he the most caring and personable doctor I've been to. He has done everything to control my pain. His staff is wonderful and I have never waited long to be seen. I love his personality, I certainly lucked out when I was recommended to him

Dr.Cases is very professional and takes the time to make sure proper treatment is been given based on our illnesses. He explains everything very well. Takes the time to study the record and assure we understand all procedure that will be done . He make me feel sucure.
