If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars, I absolutely would. The lady who answered the phone the first time had terrible customer service and was no help whatsoever. I called with simple questions about vaccinations and pricing, and instead of assisting me, she abruptly told me the information was “on the app” and hung up without even asking if I needed further assistance. I called back thinking we may have gotten disconnected, but before I could even finish my sentence, she hung up on me again. That level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable — especially in a healthcare setting. My husband is a diabetic. The quantity he takes is higher than most so to accommodate his quantities the pharmacist had to "order" the amount just for him as they dont normally stock the amount he needed. They ordered the medication, he patiently waited and went without while waiting for the order to come in. He got a text sating it was ready but both times, during his 1 hour lunch he tried to pick it up but both the drive thru line and inside line had over an hours wait. When he came back today to pick it up (2 days later) they told him someone else needed some of his medication so they gave some of it away. So the medicine was filled, insurance was billed and they went through his filled rx to take for another customer? How about ordering for that customer like they ordered for my husban

There are never enough staff to assist their customers. Staff appears overwhelmed at times. The store occasionally closes because they do not have enough staff to run the store. Many times you have to wait to get a prescription filled because they don't carry enough stock. Unfortunately, my insurance favors them for a lower co-pay.

What can I say about Walgreens, Lately I guess they've had some staffing issues as they unexpectedly close during the day and remain closed until I guess they have more staff. Of course there's no way to notify their customers and then when you stop to pick up your prescriptions you find out you can't because the pharmacy is closed. And don't ever think about giving them a prescription that you need to get filled within 24 hours because that probably will never happen. It usually takes them 48 hours to 4 days to fill a prescription. Then if you don't pick it up right away they send you text messages after text messages wanting to confirm you're going to pick it up. Even though they've already made you wait 4 days sometimes.

Go anywhere else but here. Especially in season. The place is overwhelmed and needs to stop taking new prescriptions. Had two new scripts that were supposed to be ready by 9:30am. One was ready at 3:00pm the other could be another two hours. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
