Priscilla was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! She assisted me with putting my prescription into my Ray-Ban Meta glasses and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated her patience, professionalism, and attention to detail. Highly recommend Sun Hill Optical if you want excellent service and expertise!

I recently got some glasses here and the customer service was outstanding. Especially the technician I believe her name was Priscilla she was able to answer all my questions and fit me exactly the way I need it. I've been to several other Optical centers that have not delivered the quality of service and accuracy with my prescription. I definitely recommend anyone to use this optical center.

I needed to change my last review of the Sun Hill Optical in Sun City to 5 stars because they really came through for me. The frames I picked out were not very good quality, but Sun Hill is replacing them with a new frame with my prescription. Beatrice reached out to me! That’s fantastic customer service!! Just a quick addition. I just returned from Sun Hill Optical in Sun City Center. Beatrice is wonderful. I was able to pick out new frames quickly and was on my way. Thanks again Sun Hill Optical!

Everything was fantastic! I come from Indiana and the adjustment was poor there. Beatriz, Nancy and Pricilla was such a joy. The adjustment was amazing.
