I needed some repair work done on my hearing aid and stopped in without an appointment. The gal at the front desk was very friendly and very helpful. She had my hearing aid working great within a minute. I was in and out and very happy…great experience!!

Friendly and didn't have to wait long. I love my new hearing aids. When someone calls it rings stero sound right into my ears and the same thing when I talk on the phone

Robert was very knowledgeable and attentive. He always checked to make sure I heard and understood what he was saying. He explained everything very well and made sure I knew what he meant. I was very impressed with him. I love my hearing aids…..hardly know I have them in and, so far, so good. I’ve had quite a few pairs that haven’t worked out so I was not very confident about getting another pair. Thanks Robert.

My visit at Hear USA was excellent. I got stuck in a snow bank and three employees shoveled out my car, also were very kind and respectful to me. Robert gave me a hearing test and explained everything clearly. I rate them 5 Stars! Thanks Hear USA!

Easy to find. Excellent customer service and two audiologists were working together getting my hearing aids ready and demonstrating how to use, clean, recharge and place in ear. Asked if I had any questions, which I didn’t have at the time but ensured me I could call anytime for help.
