Heartland Pharmacy

We’ve had such a great experience with Heartland Pharmacy! The staff is always so friendly and helpful every time we call or come in. They recently went above and beyond to help us with a custom compound for our son — making the whole process smooth, flexible, and stress-free. I’m so grateful for their compassion, communication, and willingness to find solutions that work for our family. Highly recommend!

Hands down the very best pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND over any other pharmacy ANYDAY!!! I never have to wait. I love them BAD they’re so professional!! They make you feel like family! Every last worker there deserve the best of the best employee benefits you can tell they really in it for more than just pay!!!

BEST pharmacy in LR! The staff is friendly and professional. They are quick with refilling meds, delivery, and shipping out meds if needed. Carter and April make sure my son has all his meds without running low, especially during the holidays. They definitely beat a commercial pharmacy. Their communication is amazing as they will call when a med change or new prescription is sent their way to verify your method of delivery. Also, April and Carter go above and beyond when it comes to keeping you updated on insurance coverage, fees, and if a PriorAuthorization is needed. I love this location.

I pray that I never have to use another pharmacy in my lifetime. The staff are all incredibly friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. They've taken the stress out of getting my medication and I will forever be grateful.

I had to switch here due to PASSE insurance for my child. He has to have compound medication and other pharmacies wouldn't even attempt to work with PASSE and compounds. But they do! But even on top of that they have gone above and beyond in helping. We had a major ordeal getting a compound heart burn medication and Cater really made me feel he was on our side and worked hard to give us loaner medication and pursue the insurance while we got the mess worked out. They pick up the phone right away and make you feel like they want to help. Highly recommend!!
