Heart & Vascular Center of Arizona

So far I am not impressed, especially for a heart medical facility. After an ER visit called and left message for Kate, Dr Reichert assistant to call me. This was 02-16-26. Was advised was with patient would call me back. Still hadn't heard back 02-19-26, called again. She's with patient will call back. Still nothing. Honestly in the past when she's called back she wasn't helpful. Guess it's time to find an Electrophysiologist office that actually communicates with their patients. I realize they are busy but 72 hours still nothing then leave another message and nothing?

The nurse practitioner was very nice and pleasant. She explained everything throughly to me. It's always a great pleasure to visit their practice.

Staff was very good and helpful. My PA was knowledgeable and helpful. Next appointment is 6 months out, so that in itself is good news!

The wait was hectic. I'm a disabled senior citizen and I have trouble with my feet and spine. I had a lower back spine surgery 7 years ago and when I woke up from surgery in the recovery room due to my lower back spine surgery. I couldn't feel my legs at all afterwards. Before having that surgery I walked into the hospital with both feet flat on the ground with my legs in good condition. Nothing wrong with my feet nor legs and now after having lower back spine surgery I have trouble walking, standing and sitting for a period of time. Not long at all after a few minutes.. I have to lay down most of my days just to have a little comfort in my spine and legs. The surgeons that did my surgery end up cutting the nerves to my legs.. So yesterday being in your main lobby room waiting to be called

Dr. Reichert is very personable and informative. He takes time to answer all my questions and explain thoroughly if I don't understand. Great Dr.!
