Absolutely the best dental experience I've had! Dr. Alford and his staff are top notch. Dr. Alford explained my procedure thoroughly and asked if I had any questions. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly, caring and respectful. The procedure was painless and completed with very little wait time. I definitely recommend this office for the highest quality of care.

We had the BEST experience at Heart of Texas Oral Surgery/Bastrop Oral Surgery. We had seen Dr. Alford for a previous issue a couple of years ago, and he was honest with me and super knowledgeable. Last week Dr. Thaker removed my 14 year old's wisdom teeth. He answered all of my questions, and his confidence left me with zero worries about leaving my daughter in his care. Every single person in the office made us feel welcome, heard and cared for. Everything was explained in detail up front as well. On the day of surgery, my daughter expressed anxiety about anesthesia, and our nurse Taylor was exceptionally kind and walked her through each step. Dr. Raj Thaker And his team are absolutely amazing !! I had to have emergency work done and called 4 dentist in the area and not one person got back to me . I called Heart of Texas and the told me to come in right away and got me all fixed up. The Doctor gives you detailed information and you don’t feel pressured into anything . They are very nice and accommodating. They even apologized for having me wait when they were the ones that squeezed me in ❤️

I highly recommend Dr. Cason and his staff! My 11-year-old had to have 4 teeth extracted, and naturally, he was quite anxious about it. However, Dr. Cason and his team did an incredible job ensuring his comfort throughout the procedure. They handled everything smoothly, and we couldn't be happier with the care they provided. 10 out of 10!

Honestly no regrets for having Dr. Alford to do my husband’s procedure on all 4 wisdom teeth removed. I have been his patient since 2017. My husband said that he wouldn’t have chooses a better doctor. All staff was wonderful very kind and also explained all details over the procedure. They treated us like family and always tries to help every to fit or schedule . Thank you very much for all your good care. I would rate you 10 stars but I can’t . Best Oral Surgery office .
