Heart and Vascular Clinic of San Antonio

It is 01/26/2026 at 8:39am. The doors should be open at 7am. There are other patients out in their cars waiting for their appointments. If they weren't going to come in they should have let us, the early appointments, know that they weren't going to come in. The weather isn't bad at all the sun is out. They could have at least left a recording on their phone line when we call to see if anyone is inside. So annoying. Not even their security guard is here. Very unprofessional. What makes it worse, is that we already wait 3+ hours to be seen by the doctor. Now we are going to be running 2 hours behind. What sucks we will have to wait for the doctor to get here as well... so those behind hours will be adding up. Look at how sunny it is! There's no ice on the roads.

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Took one of my residents from my nursing home to an appointment at 12 pm. Didn't get seen until 5 pm. The appointment was for a simple pace maker check up. Normally takes about 30 minutes to anl hour tops. When I asked the receptionist for an update she rudely shhh'd me and told not to disturb her. Lack of professionalism and punctuality is not a good combination for a doctors office...

Some of the girls at the clinic, you tried to get refilled. Some of them are very rude. And very unprofessional they are the ones that are not in pain that need help. You are a patient. They don't seem to care about you. They don't seem to understand that you need your medication, and they always want to make you feel like you're not important, like you don't know what you're talking about. And it takes days to get your medication 💊 🙃 😭😭😭😭😭😭 heaven forbid what happens if something medically serious happens to that patient, and they never got his medication 💊

Beyond grateful for the WONDERFUL care Dr. Wu and has team have provided for my grandmother. She has had two procedures so far and is waiting on one more. Both times the team was right on time and Raul explained everything to us thoroughly. He allowed me to be with grandmother so she wouldn’t be afraid and went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable. Thank you so much for the excellent care.

Dr Wu has saved my husband many times. People sometimes complain about wait time - but in all honesty people have had to wait because Dr Wu took my husband to emergency surgery (immediately stopped all visits and had my husband on the table very quickly) not to mention he has saved his life - he took the pain away quickly - our family loves Dr Wu and his nurse Adrian very much. Please always pray for this wonderful Doctor who works about 15 plus hours a day just because he loves everyone. God bless you and your staff SIR!!!
