Natasha, the new front desk, receptionist, a.k.a., the manager of this location is horrible. She violated my HIPAA rights by openly speaking about my medication and my current medical situation out loud in front of awaiting room filled with patients I felt humiliated. She did not apologize and when I confronted her about it, all she did was say that she is just following what Katie the other manager at the Massapequa location is saying. Besides this last month, when I came in for our medication refill, I was in the waiting room and I saw Natasha be very nasty to a older gentleman with a cane, and he came in complaining about a medication prior authorization, and she was very dismissive to him I felt so badly for the Older Man because he was openly telling her about his cancer and she had z

Where to begin, Dr Alma at the Levittown NY branch is wonderful, that being said, I have been trying to get my prescription refilled, I have left 6 messages on their automated prescription refill service, had conversations with 2 receptionist on separate occasions ( when I was lucky enough to have someone answer the phone) and have visited the office in person, all to be told a note has been made and they have to speak to the doctor and will get back to me...... I am still waiting on that phone call with bated breath. I have now been without medication going on 2 months , I have even resorted to having my conversations with this office witnessed by others , just incase people doubt this story, because this behavior is ludicrous and unprofessional.

The doctor provides good care, but the waiting times are disappointing. I've visited this location twice in the past month, and each time I waited over an hour. On one occasion, I was the first patient and still had to wait for an hour to be seen! I know doctors are busy but so am I. They need to find a way to operate better.

Valerie (doctor) was super sweet and helpful on the phone. An asset to the team. Office is not professional or friendly when I walked in and called. However Lisa in the office was very very nice

Very unhealthy practice. You ask for report they ask for another test. Never shared single report it’s been 3 months. They only call you for new test not reports.
