I intended to have my hearing tested at Costco. When ever I shop there and go by the hearing aid area I generally see three people behind the counter. I stoped and asked a simple question about hearing aids on their display. Was told I would have to make an appointment in three weeks to have my hearing tested. Then if I decided to purchase. I would have to make another appointment approximately another week out to have them fitted. This place is customer oriented and seems committed to address customer needs where as Costco is most definitely not.
Wonderful help with my MIL’d hearing aides. Patient and thoughtful!!
