They all are very polite and respectful. The technician that did my hearing was excellent. She was very knowledgeable. I just wish hearing aids wouldn’t so expensive and covered Medicare. It was a good experience.

My mother’s hearing aids began having issues for the first time in the four years since she purchased them. We called the Hearing Life Center on Huebner Road and were able to get her an appointment within a few days, and the staff was friendly and professional. After four years of daily use without any problems, it was unfortunately time to replace her hearing aids with a new pair. The staff explained every step of the process and ensured that all of our questions were answered. They took as much time as needed to make sure we understood everything about her new hearing aids and how to care for them. We were extremely impressed with the quality of service.

I called several days ahead of my appointment to confirm a hearing test, a cleaning of my hearing aids, and any adjustments to my hearing aids from my hearing testing. The receptionist told me that all three items were scheduled when I saw the hearing specialist. I also called on the day of my appointment to confirm all three items would be done on visit that same day. The receptionist confirmed that all three items would be done. She never followed through with the hearing specialist. The hearing specialist told me that I would have to reschedule the hearing exam because she did not have time to do the hearing test.
