I received prompt, professional service from receptionist to the hearing specialist technician.

The test was not what I expected. I was told I would get a free full exam. When I got there they asked for my insurance information after seeing it was uhc dual complete they told me because of my insurance I would not get a full exam. The receptionist told me I would still get the test for free but couldn't get products from there. When I saw the audiologist he did a basic test then told me I needed to get my ears checked immediately because my hearing was terrible and was not going to get better. So I asked wasn't he doing it he said no because of my insurance. That was the worst experience I've ever received.Then they ask me for a review knowing how l was treated impossible.

I think the service we received was handled very well. Having a free hearing test too was nice.
