The office is clean and organized. Terri, the office manager always has a ‘welcome’ smile on her face, and offers something to drink and/or eat in the reception area during the short wait for Mario. Mario is amazing. There hasn’t been one question he hasn’t been able to answer for me and is totally passionate about his work and care of and for people. He takes his time with people, making sure all questions and concerns are addressed before the end of the appointment. If you’re nervous about losing your hearing, which I was, make an appointment with Mario who will put you at ease and guide you in the right direction.

Terry, the receptionist, is a sweetheart and very helpful. Mario, hearing instrument specialist, is very knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. He is the best that the location that I go to has had in years. Keep up the good work!

Our visit to this location was very good. Maro did a excellent job providing us with information about my hearing loss and new products.

Terri was very helpful when it came to getting the appointment set up for my husband! She made the whole process very easy. Mario was very informative and provided my husband with great information and a well done hearing test.
