Made arrangements to have us come in next day to review lab results received late day prior. Explained clearly what results told her. Helped us understand risk without creating high anxiety and helped arrange next steps. Grateful for clear communication!

Dr. Dietrich was kind and helpful for the main reason I went here, and the availability of appointments was relatively soon. But the rest of my experience here was easily the worst communication I have experienced in a medical setting. First of all: I was asked both online during pre check-in and by the nurse in-person if I wanted to discuss any skin or hair issues in addition to the primary reason for my visit. The doctor did not follow up with these and started to leave the room, then acted like I was asking for too much of her time when it was Forefront that suggested I could have a more comprehensive appointment in the first place. Secondly: I never received a phone call about test results or how they would impact a medication I was taking. I called 2 weeks after my appointment and was

Went in for first appointment today… waited over 40 minutes before being called back (all while people who checked in after me with later appt times were taken back) I finally said something and they assured I’d be next. I was taken back to a room where I remained without seeing the Dr for over 20 minutes (while I could hear the Dr entering other rooms before mine who had appointments scheduled after mine) I finally left without ever seeing this Dr and will never reschedule and don’t recommend this place to anyone Pretty sad because this place was awesome with my dad and brother and diagnosis

I’m not going to lie I was telling my friend while sitting in the waiting area waiting to be called on that it was to many caucasian people coming in lol and I wasn’t sure I was going to fit it or even like the service/ But when I was called back for my service I was very impressed the Doctor was super friendly and professional I felt so comfortable she was right on time for my service I’ll recommend any and everyone to her I’ll be back again and thank you for the service
