Aurora Urgent Care

This place should be called “Urgent-less care”. It took forever for the person in training registered me. Meanwhile a long line formed behind me. However somehow all of those people behind me and others were seen before me. I waited forever in pain. When I questioned how they determine the order I was told “it varies”. I may have appeared to be in less pain but I was in pain and should not have been in line after all those people. It was a very experience. I’m never going to this place again.

Urgent care was extremely efficient. I made an appointment online and only waited 10 minutes before being seen. (This was on a Monday morning-Veterans Day). The visit was also quick and to the point. But everyone was friendly, and I didn't feel rushed. I would absolutely go to this urgent care again.

Everyone that's complaining about wait times is spot on. Dr was fine but we took my daughter in for what we knew was an ear infection. Made a scheduled appointment & once we were there at that time still had to wait over an hour and a half. That's a long time to ask a 6 year old to wait. She gets ear infections regularly and this is when an online appointment would have come in handy. She was crying in pain and had to wait 3 hours for her appointment and then got there to sit for another hour and a half. Not to mention we had to drag her in to sit in a room packed with a bunch of sick people for so long. Hopefully she doesn't now end up with something worse than she went in for! They need to figure out a better system!

Semi long wait in the waiting room for a Tuesday morning, but the nurse and doctor were great! The doctor was super patient, listened, gave his thoughts, and involved me in making decisions on what tests to actually order. Got my labs drawn right after. He later called me with test results and explained the treatment and what to be careful of! Overall, great experience for an urgent care visit.

In my recent visit to Aurora‘s walk-in clinic, I was delighted with the person that I saw. Kelsey was very informative. She took the time to sit down help me explain everything to me. She didn’t rush me out the door. She was kind she cared about me as a person and a patient also She knew I needed to find out what was going on. I was at my last draw and lo and behold. What she did for me is working. I am so happy I want to thank Aurora for hiring a person like her that takes the time with people she was so pleasant , thank you again, Kelsey You’re a great honor to Aurora
